Olympic Champion Kaitlin Sandeno Breaks Down Life in the Olympic Village

We sat down with Olympic champion Kaitlin Sandeno to get her expertise on what life is like leading up to and during the Olympic Games. Sandeno gives us the rundown on adjusting to life in the Olympic Village, managing nerves before your races, and keeping your pre-race emotions in check. She also gives us the lowdown on doing the 400 IM-400 Free back-to-back on the first 2 days of competition and what it’s like to be one of the first racers of the Games.
