Julia Strine is current high school senior from Shippensburg, Pennsylvania who has committed to swim for DI Ohio University beginning fall 2021. Strine will graduate from Shippensburg Area Senior High School in spring 2021 and will join the Bobcat’s class of 2025.
Strine is a current swimmer for Chambersburg Memorial YMCA along with swimming for her high school at Shippensburg. At the 2020 PIAA District 03 Girls AA Championships, Strine placed 2nd in the 100 breaststroke (1:05.74) and 6th in the 100 freestyle (54.35).

At the 2020 MAC Championships with the Bobcats, Strine would have placed 13th in the 100 breaststroke with her current best time of 1:03.67.
At the MAC Championships this year, Ohio University placed 7th as a team under head coach Mason Norman. The team was given CSCAA Scholar All-American team status and three team members were named to the CSCAA Scholar All-American team.
