The Notre Dame men’s and women’s swimming & diving teams spent their winter training trip in Naples, Florida. The trip included hard training beach dancing, obligatory ice cream runs, and at the 1:51 mark, some long-range hydration.

The work in Naples seems to have paid off, as the Irish have won 4 out of 5 dual meets since returning. The women are 3-0 in the new semester, beating Big Ten opponents Iowa, Illinois, and Northwestern, while the men upended Northwestern but lost to Iowa. In their most recent meet, that included Notre Dame Pool Records for Zach Yeadon in the 500 free (4:19.30) and Colleen Gillilan in the 200 fly (1:55.94).
