Diehl and a few of the top girls’ swimmers from New Jersey are set to headline the YMCA long course nationals that begin on July 19.

She comes in just ahead of Dagny Knutson, and just 0.03 seconds behind Simone Manuel, who is #3 all-time in the age group.

Heilman has only been 15 for less than two months, but his time tonight still ties for #10 all-time in the age group.
