Missy Franklin Reveals Olympic Tattoo

Perhaps it’s her unwavering innocence. Can you imagine Missy Franklin getting a tattoo for any other reason but this? She certainly can’t, referring to her newly-minted rings as her “one and only.” There were few athletes who generated more interest in their traditional rings tattoos than did Franklin.

Her choice was on the hip – a popular pick among modern women – though she chose against a black outline. Many Olympic veterans will attest that fading colors, especially on the yellow, without an outline can leave the need for disappearing rings down the line.

Appropriately enough, her choice of attire was a swim suit.

Speaking of the outline of the Olympic Rings, doesn’t Grevers have his outlined in black?

She looks chubby in that picture. Maybe it`s just her posture.

Good for her, and you are right, the yellow will fade and she will soon have 4 rings.

Her Colorado-fueled pastiness might increase its lifespan.
