Mission Viejo coach Bill Rose, who is one of the most well-respected coaches in the sport, has been nominated for a national “Youthee” award, honoring the best in youth sports.

Rose led his Mission Viejo to a 3rd-place overall finish at this past summer’s Junior National Championship meet including two bronzes, two silvers, and a gold.

He is stacked up against stout competition, including Nick Cocchi (a hockey coach), George Douglas (football), Richie Muhlheisen (baseball), and Jerry Palazzo (track).
