Ian Arnold, a current senior from Natick, Massachusetts, has committed to swim for D1 Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Arnold will graduate from Natick High School in May 2020 and join the Miami Red Hawks’ class of 2024 under head coach Hollie Bonewit-Cron.
Arnold, a freestyle sprinter and butterfly specialist, currently swims for Kingfish Swimming. He is a Summer Junior National qualifier and a USA Swimming Scholastic All-American.

With his current best times, Arnold would have placed 12th in the 50 freestyle (20.89), 13th in the 100 freestyle (46.47) and 15th in the 100 butterfly (51.08) at the 2019 Mid-American Conference Championships.
At this meet, the Miama Red Hawks placed 1st as a team.
Arnold will begin his swimming career at Miami University beginning fall 2020.
