Job Description:
Assist the head age group coach in all of the following areas:
-Season planning
-Practice planning
-Goal setting
-Coaching
Responsibilities:
-Punctual presence at all practices and meets
-Being a positive role model
-Writing and implementing workouts
-Maintaining communication with head age group & head team coach
Expectations:
-Be engage and focused throughout practice
-Have a commitment to the athletic and personal development of swimmers
-Be able to hold swimmers accountable
-Show a willingness to get to know swimmers on a personal and appropriate level
-Have a willingness and eagerness to learn about the sport and the profession
