Job Description:
Clark Swim Club in Arlington, VA is seeking an enthusiastic, responsible, positive, self-starter to lead our swim school and precompetitive developmental program as well as act as a bronze level swim coach.
The Swim School/Developmental Program Manager is responsible for the overall success of the Swim School, ensuring that the swim school provides the highest quality swimming instruction to our participants.
This is a part time position with tremendous growth and income potential.
Responsibilities;
*Supervise instructors, including hiring, training of all staff. Must be present at all swim school/developmental sessions (weekends).
*Create a curriculum designed to lead participants from swim school, thru developmental to our bronze level competitive group.
*Develop, implement, and manage a marketing strategy necessary to grow our programs.
*Provide superior customer service, fostering great relationships with students, instructors, and parents.
*Meet enrollment goals thru successful marketing strategies to attract new participants and providing quality service to retain current participants.
*Administrative responsibility, including budgeting, payroll, enrollment and website management, and record keeping.
Experience;
*Competitive Swimming experience
*Swim instruction experience
*Supervisory experience
*Administrative experience
Certifications;
*Lifeguard Training/CPR/First Aid
*Safety Training for Swim Coaches
*USA-S Background Check
