The swimmers of Fordham University traveled to St. Croix over break for their winter training. If the video is any indication, the swimmers had an amazing time training, snorkeling, playing with GoPro cameras, and exploring the island beaches.

The women’s team finished off their regular season with a 9-2 dual record, and the men’s record was 6-3. Both teams will take on Atlantic 10 Championships starting tomorrow at the Spire Institute in Geneva, Ohio. The meet will go until February 20th. The Rams of Fordham will take on Saint Louis University, the University of Massachusetts, George Mason University, St. Bonaventure University, La Salle University, George Washington University, Dusquesne University, Davidson College, the University of Richmond, and the University of Rhode Island.

Expect to see big swims from top seed Fordham swimmers Steve Sholdra in the 500 free, 200 fly, and the 400 IM; Megan Polaha in the 400 IM and 100 fly; Shannon Lulley in the 100 fly; and Morgan Fairclough in the 100 back.
