Miller swims year-round for Saint Andrew’s Swimming. In December, she competed at the 29th Annual Speedo Winter Championships in Plantation, FL. She swam 7 individual events as well as 3 relays. On Thursday evening, she took part in the 200-medley relay and the 200-free relay, which both placed second behind Azura Florida Aquatics’ relays. Miller swam the breaststroke leg of the medley relay, splitting a 29.98. Later that evening she led off the 200 free relay, touching with a time of 24.52. She made it back to finals in six out of her seven events. In the 200 breast, Miller went a 2:25.77 to earn 4th place in finals. She went on to earn the gold medal in the 50 free (23.92). Similarly, she won the 50 breast with a new personal best time of 29.77. Miller competed in the 100 free on the same evening, coming from behind Hanna Smith of Pine Crest to finish 5th with a time of 53.55. During the final session of the meet, Miller earned gold medals in both the 100 breast (1:05.40) and the 100 IM (58.58).

In early November, Miller qualified for the FHSAA Swimming and Diving 1A State Championships. The Saint Andrew’s School junior swam 2 relays and 2 individual events at the meet. The Saint Andrew’s women took home the silver medal in the 200-medley relay. Gabriella Bertrano led off the backstroke leg, Miller swam the breast (28.49), Nicole Aguilar swam fly, and Stella Urness anchored. Miller later swam the 50 free, where she placed 5th and earned a personal best time of 23.67. She led off the 200-free relay (24.07), followed by teammates Aspen GersperErin Miller, and Emily Trieschmann. The women were able to hold off Trinity Prep to earn Saint Andrew’s another silver medal. Miller earned another 5th place finish in the 100 breast (1:04.47), taking 1.01 seconds off of her entry time. The Saint Andrew’s women finished the meet second overall, falling only to Bolles High School.
