TEST SET
12 x 25 Warm up, nice and smooth
12 x 200 Main Stroke on Generous Interval, FAST PACE
***Must hold the time of the first 200, for all 12

No swimmer would be able to hold 200 flys at a decent pace. Anyone who isn’t a miler would also get hardly anything out of this. On the other hand 12x100s aiming for last 100 of a 200 might be a little more benifical but still too much.
