FINIS Goggles Give Back through So More Can Swim Initiative

FINIS, Inc., a worldwide leader in technical swimming innovation, is more than just your normal swimming brand. The FINIS So More Can Swim initiative, which serves as the charitable arm of the company, was created with the mission to help make swimming more accessible.

With every FINIS goggles purchase, a portion of the profits is donated to non-profit organizations. Some of the program’s partners are the Swimming Saves Lives Foundation with U.S. Masters Swimming and Goggles For Guppies, among others.

As a part of the program, the brand recently held a giveback day with St. Louis HEAT Swimming. The team trains in a small six-lane pool located just outside of Ferguson, Missouri, where mass rioting took place over the past several months. Through it all, the team has still found itself at the pool enjoying the sport of swimming.

The brand donated new goggles, Axis Buoys, Alignment Boards and other products. FINIS then held a swim clinic on how to properly use the products for more than 50 team members.

“Words can not express how grateful we are for all the donations. It was amazing to see the excitement in the kids when they were trying out all the new equipment, and I love the immediate feedback the equipment gives them!”

–Diana Rosen, Senior Coach, St. Louis HEAT Swimming
