2x 100 Dr (25 FRT Scull / 50 Human / 25 FRT Scull) on 2:00
200 Fly Kick w Fins, Snork on 3:45
2x 100 Dr (25 FRT Scull w DKick / 50 Sit Scull / 25 FRT Scull w DKick) on 2:00
200 Fly Kick onBK w fins (12.5 UH20) on 3:45
2x 100 Dr (25 MID Scull / FT 1st Scull / 25 MID Scull) on 2:00
200 Fly Kick w snork

    200 Free pull w buoy, Snork on 3:15
    8x 50 Fr kick on 2@60, 2@55, 2@50, 2@45
