Carol Capitani, Women’s Head Coach of University of Texas talks with Katrina Radke about being a female coach and having her college coach from Cal Berkeley, Karen Moe Thornton (only person to be inducted into the Hall of Fame as a swimmer and as a coach) as a mentor.

Carol has had many years of top college coaching experience. She spent fourteen years total at University of Georgia, where they won several NCAA Championship Titles. She also coached with the Singapore National Team while living there for two years.

She shares her excitement about leading a powerful team at University of Texas, and how other coaches have positively influenced her life. She also suggests tips for new coaches (male or female, as the gender should not matter).

Enjoy!
