Megan Kingsley
Megan Kingsley is a butterfly and IM specialist at the University of Georgia. The freshman has joined the Bulldogs as a member of the 2013-2014 USA Swimming National Team. The marketing major has set more than 20 South Carolina state age group records swimming for Mount Pleasant Swim Club. She was the top-ranked recruit from South Carolina in the 2014 class and the no. 9 ranked recruit overall, joining a strong group of IM and butterfly specialists at Georgia.

Kingsley is in her first year as a Lady Bulldog, where she has already posted four NCAA ‘B’ cuts before a conference or NCAA meet.

International Competition
As a member of the 2012-2013 USA Swimming National Junior Team, she competed in the 2012 Junior Pan Pacs where she finished third in the 200m butterfly. She also was the Junior National Champion in the 200m butterfly and is the Junior National meet record holder in the 200m butterfly.

In 2012 Kingsley qualified for the U.S. Olympic Trials. She dropped more than three seconds to make a semi-final and place 11th in the 200m butterfly, and also came in 25th in the 400m IM. She was on the 2013-2014 USA Swimming National Team after finishing fourth in the 200m butterfly at the 2013 U.S. Open.
