- A two-time Texas 6A State Champion, having won the 100 and 200 free in 2015, en route to State Female Athlete of the Meet honors

USA National Junior Team
- Three-Time National Junior Team member (2014-16)
- Represented Team USA at the 2015 FINA World Junior Championships and the 2016 Junior Pan Pac Championships. At the World Junior Champs, Pitzer swam the 50 and 100M Freeestyles.
- At the Junior Pan Pacs, Pitzer won the consolation heat, finishing in 9th place overall. She finished 19th in the 50 Free, not qualifying for a Finals swim. She helped the US win Gold in the 4X100M Free Relay.

- CSCAA Scholar All-America
- National champion in the 200 free relay (1:25.43, NCAA/American record)
- Four-time All-America: 500 free (16th, 4:42.25), 200 free relay, 400 free relay (prelims), 200 medley relay (prelims)
- Also competed at NCAA Championships in the 100 free (18th, 48.20) and 200 free (18th, 1:44.78)
- Pac-12 runner-up in the 200 free relay (1:26.81)

- Placed third with the 200 freestyle relay and 400 freestyle relay at NCAAs
