Kelsey Theriault is a former swimmer, a teacher, and a coach. After fifteen years of competitive swimming, from age seven on the local YMCA team to Division I college swimming, Kelsey continues to be involved in the sport though coaching, most recently with Palo Alto Stanford Aquatics.
Kelsey graduated from Lafayette College with a degree in History and went on to earn a master’s degree in Education from Stanford University. When Kelsey is not writing for SwimSwam, she is a high school history teacher and a coach. Kelsey loves working with kids everyday to help them be successful, whether it’s in the pool or the classroom. In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys running, traveling the world, and exploring San Francisco.
