Training trips aren’t just for college teams anymore: the Bellevue Club Swim Team from Bellevue, Washington took a week-long training trip during spring break in April to Coronado, California, where besides 10 practices and 3 weights/dryland sessions, the team took in plenty of fun and team bonding over shared meals and fun on the beach.
