Alistair Frost joins the Wabash College swimming and diving team as the Little Giants’ new head diving coach.

Frost brings 34 years of coaching experience to Wabash, including 12 years as a college diving coach. He spent the past 12 seasons working with the DePauw men’s and women’s diving team where he sent competitors to various NCAA Division III regional competitions. Several of his divers have set school and facility records while competing for DePauw.

Frost has also served as the Lawrence Central High School diving coach since 1995. Divers coached by Frost have competed at the Indiana High School Athletic Association regional meet and have advanced to state competition over the past 25 seasons.

“I am excited to be at Wabash,” Frost said. “Both the divers and swimmers have already made me feel welcome. As Winston Church Hill said, ‘Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.’  I am excited to be working with the team and helping the Little Giants improve and be successful.”

“What an exciting time it is for the future of Little Giant diving,” Wabash head swimming coach and aquatics director Will Bernhardt said. “We are incredibly honored to have Alistair join our staff. His breadth of experience and history of developing strong divers and great people molds well with our program goals and aspirations. Alistair brings over 30 years of success in diving and we are fortunate to have found the perfect fit to take our diving program to greater heights. I have known Alistair since I joined the North Coast Athletic Conference back in 2016 and have come to know him as one of the best coaches in the NCAC and the country.”
