2017 Women’s NCAA DI Championships Day 2: Zheng Tops 1-Meter Qualifier

2017 WOMEN’S NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS

The University of Nevada’s Sharae Zheng was the top qualifier on the one-meter today at day two of the Women’s NCAA DI Championships in Indianapolis. She scored 316.70 points to outscore the second qualifier, Stanford’s Olympian Kassidy Cook by eight seconds. Minnesota’s Yu Zhou was close behind with 307.70. You can see the top eight qualifiers below:

  4. Maria Polyakova, UCLA: 301.90
  5. Pei Lin, Miami: 296.30

  7. Elizabeth Cui, Louisiana State: 292.05
  8. Alison Gibson, Texas: 287.45

The consolation final took place this afternoon, with Mizzou’s Lauren Reedy taking ninth-place points for Mizzou with 319.10 points. Jessica Parratto of Indiana finished second in the consolation finals with 311.10. The consolation final results are below:
