Mitch and Loretta will be taking fans into new waters with the first ever official Swimswam podcast dedicated to all things swimming.

Mitch comes at you from Toronto, Ontario, Canada while Loretta resides in northern Kentucky in the good ole U S of A. Together the duo will be bringing you unique swimming coverage from an angle that has never been explored before.

Both lead writers for Swimswam, the two also currently coach the sport. With swimming expertise that stretches far beyond the shallow end the pair will be discussing some of the most talked about issues in the sport of swimming today.

On week two Mitch and Loretta will tackle the issue of American swimmers deferring to Canada to compete, give a detailed look at the recent scandal within Mexican swimming at the World Championships, and take a look at what the NCAA will be like this season in an Olympic year.

They will be joined by Condorelli himself who goes into full detail about his decision to swim for Canada and what’s in store for the future.

  • Americans heading up north
  • Santo Condorelli talks Timbits and Worlds
  • What’s going on in Mexico?

Hmm. “American swimmers deferring to Canada”?. I hope you’ll refer to Missy as a Canadian swimmer deferring to the US.

And yes, Tim Horton’s coffee is pretty bad. Doughnuts are OK though.

Jordan W. didn’t win the mile at NCAA’s! Mitch said he won a couple times. Just don’t want to take anything away from Jordan, he is a stud for sure, but Matias Koski won the mile. Good show!
