Missed the latest episode featuring Michael Phelps? Search “Swimswam” on iTunes or click here to listen.

Hold onto your seats because episode six covers two top level competitions, a big analysis of the current shape of world swimming, and a breakdown of America’s favorite swimmer: Missy Franklin.

Mitch and Loretta start by breaking down the world cup swims which included some absolutely domineering performances by the Australian backstrokers. Head over to the USA and the duo discuss the Arena Pro Swim Series At Minneapolis where the Americans really threw down some tough times.

After breaking down some of those swims including Conor Dwyer’s 400m freestyle performance, Mitch and Loretta get Missy on the line whose bubbly eccentric personality shines even through the radio. Largely discussing her transition back to her coach Todd Schmitz in Colorado and her focus heading into the Olympic Trials – Missy lets you know where she’s at in the 2015-2016 season.

Mitch Bowmile comes at you from Toronto, Ontario, Canada while Loretta Race resides in northern Kentucky in the good ole U S of A. Together the duo will be bringing you unique swimming coverage from an angle that has never been explored before.

Both lead writers for Swimswam, the two also currently coach the sport. With swimming expertise that stretches far beyond the shallow end the pair will be discussing some of the most talked about issues in the sport of swimming today.

On episode six it’s all about international swimming and Missy Franklin. Ending things with a twist – Mitch and Loretta finish off the show discussing their top Missy moments.
