JOB DESCRIPTION
Seacoast Swimming Association, a nationally-competitive swim team based in Dover, NH, is looking for a Head Age Group Coach. The Head Age Group coach, who reports to the team’s head coach, will run our Age Group team and also the pre-competitive Age Group II program.
The successful candidate will have:
- a proven track record of building and teaching youth swimmers and transitioning them from pre-competitive environment to the competitive team and eventually to the Junior group
- the ability to work with the entire coaching staff to build a uniform system
- a solid understanding of current techniques and coaching skills
- current US Swimming registration
- the understanding to deal with parents on a number of levels.
Compensation

The Seacoast Swimming Association is a nationally recognized competitive swimming team within the structure of USA Swimming. USA Swimming is the governing body for competitive swimming in the United States. Seacoast participates in USA Swimming competition. During the summer season, Age Group swimmers may participate in New Hampshire league meets and championships.
