Swim Job: Seacoast Swimming Association seeks Head Age Group Coach

JOB DESCRIPTION

Seacoast Swimming Association, a nationally-competitive swim team based in Dover, NH, is looking for a Head Age Group Coach. The Head Age Group coach, who reports to the team’s head coach, will run our Age Group team and also the pre-competitive Age Group II program.

The successful candidate will have:

  • a proven track record of building and teaching youth swimmers and transitioning them from pre-competitive environment to the competitive team and eventually to the Junior group
  • the ability to work with the entire coaching staff to build a uniform system
  • a solid understanding of current techniques and coaching skills
  • current US Swimming registration
  • the understanding to deal with parents on a number of levels.

Compensation

Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
