Swim Job: Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology seeks Swim Coach

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be assigned duties as an Assistant Coach of Men’s and Women’s Swimming. Responsibilities include planning and implementing practices, mentoring student-athletes, recruiting, adhering to CCIW and NCAA rules, and other duties as assigned by the head coach.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven success in coaching swimming and/or collegiate level swimming experience is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of swimming.
  • Preference may be given to candidates who desire a career in coaching.
  • Graduate school is in conjunction with Indiana State University.
