JOB DESCRIPTION
Lodi Swim Club in Lodi Ca. is looking for a triathlon coach to continue the development of their Triathlon team.
DUTIES
The job includes daily coaching duties, seasonal planning, daily planning for a novice to midpack group of adult triathletes.
The program is expanding to include a youth triathlon program in 2015.
Currently there are 20 athletes involved in the adult program and 3 youth triathletes that are a part of our USA Swimming program. The coach will be also responsible for marketing and recruitment of athletes. The coach will report to the Head Coach of the Lodi Swim Club.
