Senegal to host African Swimming Championships in September

The African Swimming Championships have been officially cleared to move forward in Senegal, according to a press release from the Senegalese Press Agency.

The event will take place from September 21 to September 28 at the National Olympic pool in Dakar, the capital of Senegal.

Mohamed Diop, the president of the Senegalese Swimming Federation (FSNS) said that the event will help revitalize the area after several years of inactivity at the pool.
