Ryan Locthe became the first man under 1:50 (1:49.63) in the 200 meter IM, breaking his own World Record in route to victory at the Short Course World Championships in Istanbul, Turkey. A pretty impressive feat that even ESPN took notice of when they put it on Sportcenter’s Top 10.
