Position: Ransom Everglades School in Coconut Grove, Miami, Florida and its swim club, Ransom Everglades Aquatic Club is searching for an Associate Head Coach.
Primary duties: The position will require seasonal planning, organizing workouts and coaching the Senior Group of swimmers who are primarily in high school, in addition to administrative duties associated with the position. Applicants should have experience coaching at Sectionals/Futures level and should be knowledgeable about preparing swimmers for college recruitment.
Other assets for successful application include:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge/Education of Strength and Conditioning for swimmers
- Knowledge of Hytek software and Gomotionapp/TeamUnify
The successful applicant will report to the Aquatic Director/Head Coach of the school.
