Deerfield Beach, Florida swim instructor, Francisco De Aragon II, has been arrested this week and charged with two counts of sexual battery on a minor and lewd and lascivious behavior/molestation on a minor.

The Broward Sheriff’s Office said that De Aragon, 26, is “accused of molesting two young girls during a half-hour class”, which included “slipping his hand beneath the girl’s bathing suit bottom and inappropriately touching her.” (Sun Sentinel). The same act allegedly occurred in De Aragon’s second class on the same day (May 19th), also held at the Deerfield Beach Aquatic Center. Both victims are 6 years old and investigators say each separately disclosed the incident to their parents.

De Aragon is currently being held without bond in the Broward Main Jail while investigators try to determine if there are any additional victims.
