Trent Williams
Trent Williams is a junior freestyle specialist at the University of California, Berkeley. Born March 16, 1994 to parents, Richard and Jennifer, Williams grew up in San Diego down in southern California. The 6’3″ 200-pound Williams is studying Business in the Haas School of Business. He’s had a lot of success in the pool, and has even earned an All-America honor as just a freshman, and has been apart of the team that travelled to the World Junior Championships. After graduating from Rancho Bernardo High School in 2012, Williams signed his NLI to be a Cal Bear. He left quite a mark on his old high school though – he still holds seven school records and owns three league records. That same determination impacted his old high school coaches including Tim Oelgoetz, who describes Williams as an athlete who has always hated to lose.
