Coach Photo Chris 300x259 Chris MorganChris Morgan has just recently moved back to the United States after a successful 14 year coaching carreer in Europe, primarily in Switzerland. Chris is currently the assistant coach at Harvard University working with the women’s swimming and diving team. Chris began his career at Stanford University learning from one of the true legends of the sport, the late Richard Quick.

While coaching in Switzerland, Chris was selected to many National Team staffs highlighted by the following:

  • 2009 World Championships, Rome, Italy, Team Coach Switzerland

Chris has worked alongside many different coaches from very different yet experienced backgrounds, which has allowed Chris to create a unique and interesting approach to coaching. He is known for his innovative and specific workouts, which guide athletes to strengthen their weaknesses and fine-tune their strengths! His most memorable moments as a coach were helping Swiss Olympian Dominik Meichtry during his 2008 Olympic campaign, and coaching Swiss sprinter Flori Lang to be one of the fastest 50m backstroke swimmers in the world.
