Algerian Rosters Announced for Jr Worlds, African, Mediterranean Games

Algeria has announced its rosters for the upcoming Junior World Championships, the Mediterranean Beach Games, as well as the African Games, which are scheduled to take place over the next couple of months.  The Junior Worlds are slated to take place August 24th-30th, while the Mediterranean Beach Games are scheduled for August 28th-September 6th and the African Games ready to span the dates of September 4th-19th.

The 11-person roster for the African Games includes Majda Chebaraka, Afane Abdelkader, Nazim Belkhoudja, Ryad Djendouci, Abdelghani Nefsi, A. Sahnoune, Imad Tchouar, Souad Cherouti, Amel Melih, Rania Nefsi, Hanna Taleb Diab.

Lounix Khendriche (18) and Chebaraka Maajah (15) will be the Algerian swimmers represented in Singapore at Junior Worlds.  The following five athletes will be the Algerian squad at the Mediterranean Games: Aymene Benabid, Ramzi Chouchar, Nesrine Medjahed, and Amina Amira Kouza Maldji.

Reports from Ivory Coast indicate that the nation will not have any swimmers at the 2015 African Games next month, nor will the country of Madagascar.
