What a profound clip.
Conner Dwyer…1:45.29 (watch) anchor from prelims. This is GREAT news for USA. Berens, Dwyer, Lochte and Phelps (This should be the order).
I think Phelps will lead off to prove a point and drop a fast time.
Phelps cannot outswim Agnel after 200 fly, so I think he’ll be ok with anchoring that relay.
Best Team Today and for tonight’s Final -
Lochte (1:45.0)
Tarwater (1:46.3)
Dwyer (1:45.6)
Phelps (1:45.7 Trials)
Or, more accurately, an all Michigan relay: PVK, Tarwater, Houchin, and Phelps
Fantasy 4×200 question: Could a Florida Gators 4×200 relay (Lochte, PVK, Dwyer, and a Fraser) beat a non-Florida USA team (Phelps, Houchin, McLean, Tarwater)? And would those two go 1-2 in the world?
Obviously not when FRA would beat both teams and maybe even USA tonight
